In 1982, Ken Tillage turned his love of making custom cabinets into a sole proprietorship as a quality craftsman for residential and commercial construction. After experiencing success and recognizing a need, Ken become a general contractor and founded Ken Tillage Construction Company in 1991.

For more than ten years, Ken Tillage Construction saw steady and constant growth until his son, Keith Tillage proposed to leave corporate America, join the family business and grow it into the multi-state, nationally recognized company that it is today. In 2000, the partners formed Tillage Construction, LLC and focused primarily on leading commercial construction with innovative project management and cost analysis. Often serving as General Contractor, sometimes as Project Manager, and frequently as the operational partner in entrepreneurial endeavors, Keith is a leader in the industry and the community.
